1. Moneyback Packages

Guardia.co offers refunds under specific conditions for our service packages. Please review the following terms carefully to understand our refund policies for different plans.

2. Terms for Refund Requests & Service Charges

For Title Security Services

Rental Agreement Service: A 50% refund is available if requested before the user has completed and submitted the rental details form.
After Form Completion: No refund is available after the user has completed and submitted the rental details form.

For Property Security Services

Service Not Initiated: If the service has not yet been initiated, a flat service charge of ₹1,999 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Service Initiated: If the service has been initiated, a service charge calculated on a time-proportionate basis (in multiples of months) will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Pausing or Gaps Within a Plan

Important: Service charges for a plan are calculated for a continuous period. No pauses, time breaks, or gaps are accounted for in the billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Installation costs and any one-off costs involved in the services.
GST paid on service charges.

5. Company Discretion & Jurisdiction

The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse refund requests at its sole discretion.
Additional documentation may be requested to verify the authenticity of a claim.
Refunds, if any, will be granted at the sole discretion of the Company only.
The decision of the Company in all matters concerning refunds shall be final and binding.

You hereby confirm that you will comply with all applicable laws while registering on the website.
You further confirm that you have all the necessary rights to upload any listing and/or content posted on the site, and that such content does not violate any applicable laws.
In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify the Company and its employees and officers against any and all liabilities, losses, or damages arising from such a breach.
The Intellectual Property created by the Company with respect to the listings shall remain with the Company.
